Somebody already had the problem you are having.

Read the first one if you price work for a living. We built all of it. The numbers came off the real jobs, and the reviews sit on a public page you can open yourself.

Every one of the jobs below started as something somebody was doing by hand, over and over.

The jobs

Six jobs, and what sent them looking.

Each one started with one call about how the place really ran. No two are the same kind of problem, and every time, what was costing them most was the thing they had stopped noticing.

A plan set nobody had three days to read

560 sheets landed for pricing. The bid date would not move, and the one man who could say which pages ruled the job was booked solid all week. By hand that is three days. The software we built read the set, found the seventeen sheets that mattered, and priced it the same day.

A different filing system every year, all of it now one library

Every machine was full. Laptops, the desktop computer, and an online account catching every backup nobody ever sorted. A different way of filing it each year, and nobody willing to throw a thing out in case it mattered. Now anybody in the building finds a file by typing its name.

Of the files pulled for review, 235 were the same videos saved over and over. That alone was 330.6 GB.

A game cut out by hand, playing on every phone in the room

A friend of the organization had it on paper. A game about money, cut out by hand, one table at a time. A computer version had already killed it once: the machine did the sums and the players stopped thinking. So ours rolls the dice, deals the cards and runs the turns, and every player still writes their own balance on their own sheet.

Adults as much as anybody. The young people in the room were the test group, and we pushed four fixes to their phones between rounds while they played.

Build it, then Keep it running

A program that ran out of one person’s phone

A real roster, real payroll, and a start date that would not move. All of it lived in one person’s phone. Every question went through them, and stopped the days they were out. It runs off one screen now.

Nobody has published a figure off this one, so there is not one here.

Three years of recorded calls, searchable in a sentence

A paid coaching group had years of calls sitting in a video player. The only way to find an answer was to remember which call it was said on, and nobody does. We wrote every word of it down, sorted it by subject, and built a search that hands back the passage with the call it came from and the date. Then we wired it into the assistant, so you ask in plain English.

Nobody paid for this one. It is here because it is the plainest thing we own that shows what happens to a pile of recordings nobody can search.

A medical practice

A practice with four kinds of care and a site that named none of them

We built the first site in 2023 and it aged into wallpaper. About six hundred people a month were landing on it, twenty-three of them tapped the number, and anyone who filled in the form instead reached an inbox nobody opened. Real questions about weight, hormones and surgery had been sitting there unanswered. We read every one of them, read every public review, and rebuilt the site around one fact: one doctor, board certified in all four of the things they treat.

The new site is behind a private link while the doctor reads it, so we have no results to print. We will print them when we have them.

All of those were built. This is the other half of the work.

Where the company has taught

They sat through one of these before and nothing changed on Monday.

Every room this company has taught in, with the date it ran on it. Its president is the one who stands up, and the work in the room is your own.

Ten rooms with a name and a date on them. Two of them are on record to the year and not the month, and they are printed that way. Nobody has counted the people in them yet, so there is no number here for that.

We are in the room on the day it runs.

The plan is the easy part. Being there while your people run it for the first time is what catches the thing the paper missed.

Where the evidence stops

What none of this proves.

Four things on this page stop short of what you could read into them. Here is where each one stops.

The phone

The phone gets answered at nine at night. That has been true of this company’s own phone since 2024. No client of ours has had their phone answered by something we put on it, so there is no client result here to show you.

The two ongoing jobs

Two of the six above are the kind somebody keeps running month after month. Neither one has a published figure against it. They are on this page because the work happened, not because we can price what it saved.

The practice

That site is behind a private link while the doctor reads it. Every figure on that row counts the work, not the result. We will print results when there are results.

The recorded calls

That one is ours. Nobody paid for it, and the row above says so.
