One call, and you know what to fix first.
Pick a day and a time and you’re booked. No charge, nothing to sign, and a straight answer about your own business on the call itself.
Who picks up
Calls run ten to three, Tuesday to Thursday. Inside those hours we pick up. Outside them, something we built picks up, takes the details and puts it in front of us, and it has been doing that on this company’s own phone since 2024, Saturdays included.
The calendar holds ninety minutes. Use what you need, and bring whoever knows how the work really moves.

How it works
Three stages, and you are in the room for all three.
Somebody in the room already suspected most of what we turn up in the first stage. They had just never heard anybody else say it out loud.
We sit down with you
You, whoever runs the day, and whoever knows how the work gets done
You walk us through how the work really moves. We ask who gets called when something breaks, and which step everybody quietly works around.
What you walk away with
Where the money leaks out, and what we would fix first.
You read the plan before anything gets built
You, whoever signs, and us at the same table
We read the plan with you, line by line. You see what we would make and what it takes. Then you decide.
What you walk away with
Enough on paper to decide it yourself, or to hand to whoever else has to say yes.
We build it and we stay on it
Your team, and whoever sat in on the first call
It goes inside the software your people already open every morning. We teach whoever has to live with it, and we keep it current as the business changes.
What you walk away with
Six months on it still matches how you really work, because somebody kept it that way.
Stop after any stage. Nothing in one of them commits you to the next.

Not a handover, and not a folder of documentation nobody opens. This is what an ordinary week looks like in your building once the work is in and your own people are running it.
